Spencer Lavelle and Jason Li participated in a web design competition hosted by CodedByKids. The team was named Philly Transit and they crafted a website that was designed to inform people who ride trains, buses, and trollies every day, of the history behind the route or vehicle they are on. Along with information about the past, there is an interactive map with live GPS tracking for all bus routes and certain train routes. They had to present in front of many big companies and ended up placing 3rd for a total prize of $2,500.
