On Friday February 4th, the E&S Boys Track team claimed the Philadelphia Public League Indoor Track title, making them back-to-back champions. This victory was made possible through numerous season-best performances and podium finishes, including:

• Aaron Drumwright, Andrew Drumwright, and Joaquin Sarasti-Sandoval going 1-2-3 in the mile
• Aaron Drumwright winning the 800m
• Andrew Drumwright winning the 3000m
• Cameron Roberts finishing third in the shot put
• Steve Jackson, Joaquin Sarasti-Sandoval, Andrew Drumwright, and Aaron Drumwright winning the 4x400m

The E&S Girls team placed 2nd in a very competitive meet, losing to rival Central High School. Congratulations to the following individual champions:

• Payton Drumwright in the 400m
• Payton Drumwright in the 800m
• Jalynn Cage in the 55m hurdles
• Rayanna Massey, Payton Drumwright, Taylor Jones, and Nyla Coleman in the 4x400m
