ORDER FORM

Printed copies of the order form available in Room 209 as well.  So if you come in with your $20, you can just fill out the form when you pay.

The hoodies cost $20 and comply with the school uniform policy for High School students.

If you would like to order a hoodie, you need to submit payment and a completed order form to Hogan by Monday 9/23/19.

Payment can be cash or money order (the the High School of Engineering and Science.)  Sorry, the school cannot accept personal checks.
