Our students and staff just returned from an unforgettable trip to the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Walking through those galleries, our students saw more than just exhibits—they saw the brilliance, the struggle, and the innovation that paved the way for them. It was a powerful reminder that Black history isn’t just a chapter in a textbook. It’s a legacy we carry and a future we’re actively building every day at Carver E&S.
As Dr. Carter G. Woodson said: “If a race has no history, it has no worthwhile tradition.”
We’re proud of where we come from and even more excited about where our students are going. We keep making history!
