PGC Leadership Application
Carver E&S Sophomores and Juniors!!!
Next year Carver HSES will be introducing a new student leadership class that will serve as an Arts/ Humanities Credit! We are looking for 16-18 students interested in leading 9th grade next year! Acceptance would include leadership training, all expense paid retreats, recommendations, paid summer bridge employment opportunities, and more! Learn more about the program below:
The Peer Group Connection-High School (PGC-HS) program will train juniors and seniors on ways to help ninth grade students make a successful transition into high school. Throughout the year, peer leaders will work in pairs as group discussion leaders and positive role models for the 9th graders. During weekly sessions, peer leaders will lead discussions and activities with the same small group of 9th graders. The full information videos and slides are below and attached.

If you are interested in becoming a peer leader, please complete the application below no later than June 7, 2022. Applications will be followed by group interviews.
