It was great to be back at States. Carver cleaned up at Friday Night Blitz. The team finished second in their section at the Main Event winning 4th place for combined sections and a few individual awards.

On Friday, March 3rd the E&S Indoor Track and Field Team competed at the Philadelphia Public League Championship. Congratulations to the girls team for winning the championship!! The boys team earned a strong third place after several breakout performances. Great job everyone!
he Carver Ethics Bowl Team won first place in the Philadelphia Regional Ethics Bowl Competition, edging out four Masterman teams and two Palumbo teams. Carver also took home the Judges’ Choice Award.

Both Chess Teams won their first round matches. The Middle School went 6-0 against GAMP and the High School Team beat Lincoln 5-2. Both teams will play Masterman next week in the Semi-Finals.
