This packet is for the FREE PHYSICAL EVENT being held on Sunday, June 10th at the Wells Fargo Center. Please fill out this packet COMPLETELY and turn it into Mr. Pitzner in the Athletics Office NO LATER THAN Wednesday May 16th.
